Elderflower Cordial

A true English delight! Just picture yourself in your garden, surrounded by lovingly planted roses. Elderflower-infused drinks are the perfect thirst-quencher and wonderfully refreshing on a hot day. This syrup adds a lovely touch of floral essence to cocktails... It may sound like a sales pitch, but it really captures my inner joy. This summer, I'm all about elderflower. I've been enjoying this high-quality, floral syrup diluted with water and served with lots of ice in a 1:10 ratio. Another simple option is to mix it with sparkling water, apple juice or a lightly sparkling apple juice. But let's talk cocktails… You can combine it with champagne, prosecco or even gin! Sometimes, the simplest things are the best. Here are my top three cocktails containing elderflower: — Elderflower cordial + cucumber, mint and white wine. So refreshing! — Elderflower cordial + white wine, sparkling water, peaches, lime, ginger and a handful of raspberries – this makes a fantastic summer punch or sangria for a light-hearted gathering. — The "English Garden Cocktail" – a delicate mix of mint, gin, lemon juice, elderflower syrup, ice and cloudy apple juice.
